• perform full validation for the water unit treatment (Phase one , phase two and phase three) as will as pharmacopeia.• Perform all of SOP’s concerned in QC Lab ( instruments ,safety, entry, systems,……etc)• Perform PQ for all of a new instruments and checking the protocols after IQ,OQ were done.• Preparation of all methods of analysis of raw materials according to pharmacopeia.• Checking the packaging material (properties, ingredient,……..etc.) according to SFDA website.• Make the system how to input and out put the retained sample.

• Supervise analyst to assure materials are tested on-time and according to cGMP and Best Co. procedures.• Staff, develop and schedule laboratory personnel.• Maintain and review laboratory documentation.• Writing, reviewing, and execution of Standard Operating Procedures.• Initiate and facilitate Out Of Specification (OOS) and environmental investigations and report appropriately.• Troubleshooting of instruments (HPLC ,GC, UV,IR, Atomic Absorption, Master Sizer, etc…) •Execute general/preventative maintenance and perform operational qualification of laboratory equipment.• Generate reports as required.•Perform all activities in accordance with all applicable Quality Systems; Checking notebooks and logbooks•working as coordinator in absence of Lab Head.• Record laboratory results and prepare all accompanying documentation according to applicable guidelines and internal system.•Perform qualification required in QC lab. OQ/PQ and issue all required protocol for each instruments.
