An Area Manager within the International Development Unit.Managing all the accounts within my assigned area for both; the current customers and the potential ones, and setting the yearly and quarterly business plan and utilizing all the capabilities of our team to achieve these targets in the most cost effective way and by implementing the best strategic plans.Duties:- Setting the Sales Plans and the strategic way forward to achieve it- Ensuring that all customer service initiatives are in place- Dealing with issues quickly and courteously- Organize and schedule regular visits to the customers to ensure compliance- Train, motivate, encourage, and provide constructive guidance to all the team members who are involved.

Managing customer accounts at both the front end and back end. Providing technical support to Area Manager as well as drawing the future strategies and plans, and identifying new potential opportunities and opening new markets.

To combine technical knowledge with sales skills, utilize the technical knowledge to sell products and services and respond effectively to clients’ queries.Liaise regularly with other members of the sales team and colleagues from a range of departments, such as research, development, design, purchasing, production, and quality, as well as senior company managers,To ensure clients’ and their own company's needs are met.Duties and responsibility:-Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising customer potential in GCC region.-Travelling to visit current and potential clients in order to develop and grow long-term relationships with them. -Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.-Calculating client quotations and negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.-Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.-Offering after-sales support services and administering client accounts.-Analysing costs and sales and preparing reports for the area manager.-Business development in GCC Region through strategic partnerships and determine the future and target customers. -Meeting regular sales targets.-Coordinating sales projects and supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.-Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.-Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;-Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts in order to to solve client problems andhelping in the design of tailor-made products.-Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
