Assistant Maintenance Manager
CurrentUndertake preventive maintenance of Utility which includes Generators, chillers, and compressors.Talk to vendors for services and arrangement of parts used in Engines, chillers, and compressors.Handle and assign duties to floor persons which include Engineer, Electrician, Technician, HVAC Technician, and plumber.Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance in order to ensure the smooth operation the whole productionfacility. Maintain close liaison with all production, electrical, electronic and quality departments to ascertain their needs and requirements Maintain time to time collaboration with main store (Inventory-stock), in orderto ensure proper supply and availability of spares parts, machinery and equipment for maintaining adequate inventories Ensure and implement preventive and routine maintenance throughout the plant,machines and equipment. Manages the plant’s operations, maintenance and departments including spare parts, inventory, budget, and compliancewith environmental and safety regulation. Troubleshooting of tubing machines SAESA 800L, SAESA 120 and SAESA 100. Troubleshooting of molding machines, off-set printing machines, and extruder and auto header machines for polyethylene tubes. Troubleshooting of different servo motor drives, PLC and printed circuit boards repairing. To ensure that quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. To maintain and implement the level of documents with coordination of managementp representative. Give day to day technical support for breakdown diagnostics & repair, including risk and failure analysis. Assess, design, modify & upgrade automated engineering equipment. Lead & train the technician’s team to support development and manufacturing processes. Responsible for trouble free operation and fault diagnostic of electrical & automation section of production lines. Responsible to prepare daily progress report and ensure timely completion of assigned job.
