AR, AP, GL, forecasting and budgeting. • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. • Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. • Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries. • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis. • Issue project cost reports for review and approval.• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up. • Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns. • Work consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.

- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.- Payroll and employees custodies accounting and reconciling.- Cash Control (safe daily sheet, counts and confirm with safe keeper), Bank Reconciling- Cost allocation ( manufacturing overheads ,general & administrative, marketing & sales expenses)- Inventory Control (physical count and matching with Inventory reports (books, In & out sheets)- Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.- Secures financial information by completing database backups.- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations and training

- Bookkeeping daily transaction in Books (prepare Journal Entries).- Posting Accounts to General Ledger.- Participating in Periodical Count.
