Main Job Purpose: FG dispatch planning and execution arrangement of any factory/depot to ensure high level of customer service, maintain high level of warehouse and transportation standards.Serving 23 customer.Key Accountabilities:1. Service to Customers: Manage distribution of all products as per monthly allocation and production; Co-ordinate and execution of Distribution Requirement Planning;  Monitor Customer order cycle; Monitoring the on time collection through bank by coordinating with bank and distributors; Measure and report KPI for Customer Satisfaction for on time in full delivery; Handling of customer complains and queries.2. Management of Warehouse, Depots and Transport: Inventory management and control as per Unilever Safety, Qaulity and TPM standards; Analyze data to monitor performance and cost, plan for improvement;  Guiding and controlling 3P people involved in the distribution job;  Liaising and negotiating with service providers of warehouse and transport; Develop the business by analyzing distribution problems and producing new solutions; Awareness of and strategic response to external influences, such as legislation etc..3. Management of Warehouse and Transport staff: Implementation of Health, Safety and Environment procedures;  Motivating members of the team;  Project management;  Setting objectives and strategy to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:- Operate the Genset Control System in compliance with procedure.- Assist in Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Motors, HT/LT Panels, Switchgears, Lighting Systems, Different types of Instruments like Flow Meter, Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Gauge, Temperature element (RTD and Thermocouple), temperature gauge, Control Valve, Limit switch, Level Transmitter, Solenoid Valves, pick up sensor etc.- Execution of established preventative routine inspections.- Assist in Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Control panels.- Assist in Installation & Commissioning of Protection panels and relay settings.
