Designing, Engineering,Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.Windows Server (NT, 2000, 2003, 2008), Active Directory, Global Policy Management, Software Deployment and Packaging, Windows (9x, XP, Vista, Windows 7), LAN, WAN, Routers, Virus Prevention, Desktop Imaging, Wireless Access PointsTrouble shooting Email related issues e.g. MS outlook, Hotmail etc.Replacing parts as required.Supporting the roll-out of new applications.Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.Formatting and installation of fresh copy of windows on PCTroubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.Be familiar with all the hardware and the software.Install updated version of the equipment, software and hardware already in use.Train the end user in utilizing the devices and communication networks.Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software & resources.Troubleshoot all technologies issues.Manage the team of technicians to troubleshoot any defects or malfunctioning.Maintain list of required repairs and maintenance.Install work stations.Connect and set up Hardware.Load all required software.
