 Responsible for the archiving of project documentation and ensuring that Consultant can easily retrieve them. Prepare reports from the drawing register as required. Providing various reports for project management, Consultant, site, and personnel. File all superseded drawings and documents. Recording all incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, specifications. Prepare, maintain, and update all required logs for incoming & outgoing Documents. Ensure documents are achieved an appropriate manner. Maintaining proper filling system, keeping track of documents and co-ordination with the concerned Engineers. Ensuring all documents is log on to excel spread sheets. Identifying, organizing and supplying documentation. Review, catalogue and distribute all the documents to various departments, as they required. Main responsibility tracking of engineering documentation.. Accurate filling of project correspondence, reports, drawings and maintain and manage existing filling register with relevant codes and reference numbers.
