Mega Projects and Engineering Firms Collection Section Manager

- Design Section Manager of STC Products and Services for Consumer and Enterprise Solutions; such as Mobile Packages and Plans, VAS services, Digital Transformation/Enablement.- Direct Manager of ICT Solution Architects and System Designers with diverse backgrounds, coaching and guiding them to achieve department and company's KPIs.- Service Manager and Governor of Vendor projects and programs.- Advanced Hands-on Experience and Consultant on Mobile and VAS systems such as Charging System (Ericsson's IN) and Service Delivery Framework (Ericsson’s SDP).

- Design Mobile Products and Services such as Bundles and Control Services for Both Prepaid and Postpaid segment.- Lead Ericsson ADM program within STC Mobile and Service Solution Department.- Couch and Mentor of Designers and Engineers with diverse backgrounds and knowledge.- Study Business request’s feasibility and conduct business requirement meetings.- Prepare Design documents such as Impact documents, high level and low level design documents, also preparing test documents, TRT, BAT and PAT.- Responsible for capturing project requirements, creating documentation (of) and testing the ICT applications, services or solutions being developed, executing user acceptance tests, cases and scripts based on the business functional requirements.- Responsible for supervising smaller projects (within the ICT applications domain) ensuring that they meet time, cost and quality targets while undertaking data analysis to produce standard reports comparing project progress against agreed work schedules.

Working with STC Account:• Implement Data Bundle offers and Hybrid Solution logics. • Implement Business Configuration Logics; rates and tariffs for prepaid/postpaid subscribers.• Install, Configure and upgrades SDP, AIR, CCN – UNIX / Linux Servers• Preform Re-balancing activity on SDPs.• Create configuration documentation for Charging System Nodes such as SDP, AIR, CCN..., e.g. tariffs, network and backup configuration • Create Methods of procedures for assigned tasks• Create Installation and integration documentation based on given standard documentation• Load standard Software and Application Software• Integrate the nodes into the network over SS7, CIP/IP and TCP/IP• Troubleshot installation and integration issues• Create Shell scripts and C language codes to support repeated tasks
