• Organizing and managing partner onboardings by coordinating the project team while managing the schedule.

• Manage relationships with potential partners and develop end-to-end eCommerce projects for global brands looking to expand their presnece in the MENA.
• Support in forecasting prospects' financial plans, business cases, and projects feasibility.
• Conducting monthly reports that demonstrate the department's performance, initiatives, andachievements.

• Reviewed clients' systems and procedures for internalcontrol to assess for compliance and signs of fraud.
