I also possess excellent communication skills, and are able to use own initiative or work as part of a team.I have a Long experience in :1) More than 15 years in Managing a Software and Information Technology Company through my management of SADASOFTS Company since 2008 until the present time, as well as managing the Information Technology Department at the Jordan Maritime Commission , as my responsibilities are :- Manage information technology and computer systems.- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations and implement digitalization services .- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and appraising their performance.- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.- Audit systems and assess their outcomes , Preserve assets, information security and control structures.- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.2) I have more than 17 years of experience in the field of programming and designing computerized systems and applications (Web App Service & Mobile Application) using modern programming and design languages ​​PHP, MYSQL, LARAVEL, JQUERY, HTML, CSS, Flutter , Dart APPS, as I have programmed more than 300 electronic system and programs and websites that works through the Internet and for major local and Arab companies, and these systems are still working to the present time, with high efficiency and proficiency, with follow-up by me to these systems throughout 24 hours and with all professionalism witnessed by all customers.
