Construction of the new U.S. Consulate Complex in Casablanca, Morocco will include the design and construction of a New Consulate Office Building, Support Annex, Compound Access Pavilions, Utility Building, Marine Security Guard Quarters, and other associated support facilities.

• Supervise/Inspect All Civil and Architectural activities on site • Coordinate /Follow up with MEP, Safety, and Quality Departments on all activities on site.• Review and evaluate technical submittals and RFIs, generated accurate submittals and alternative designs while keeping precise redline as-built drawings.• Conduct preparatory, initial and follow-up meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work.• Follow up/Ensure all sub-contractor works is conducted according to the quality management program.• Monitor onsite batch plant operation, concrete testing quality and quantity.• Overseeing onsite third party testing agency.• Participate in full planning and scheduling meetings.• Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project.• Coordinate and conduct commissioning inspection with client’s representatives of Fire Marshal and Life Safety, Elevators, TSS, Diplomatic Security, and Roofing for certifying the acceptance of work and occupancy.• Prepare operation and maintenance library, Global maintenance system (GMMS) and system manual.

The hotel will also comprise more than 2800m² of meeting and event space, and a business center.Duties :• Prepare Quantity takeoff for ; A) Skelton Works (Sub-Structure & Super-structure )B) Interior Design Works ( Floor, Ceiling ,Finishes, Decorative Works & Fixed Furniture and Equipment Works)C) External and Landscaping Works ( Architectural & Skelton Works )D) Mechanical Works (HVAC,Water Drianage ,LPG and Firefighting Systems )E) Electrical Works (lighting,Power,Fire Alarm and ELV Systems)• Check the executed work on site & contractor’s interim payment certificate.• Review all the BOQs based on the contract and shop-drawings.• Check the quantities and quality for delivered materials on site.• Review the tax exemption requests for imported & exported materials .• Study the request design change in order to give the client Rough order estimate for cost Implication and checking variation orders submitted by the contractor.• Follow up for buyout and procurement tracking for all Division 2 – 14 materials.

The hotel will also comprise more than 2800m² of meeting and event space, and a business center.Duties;• Organize the materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.• Prepare the cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.• Check the technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.• Provide the technical advices and suggestions for construction team.• BOQ preparations for all civil works.• Deal with MEP teams to open new activities as daily basis. • Deal with all equipment operators in order to open excavation and backfilling works. • Deal with quality control inspectors during QA/QC inspection process. • Check and evaluate the daily progress on site. • Provide and follow up a two weeks look ahead for construction progress. • Coordinate with all subcontractors includes stone, pavement and interior finishing.
