CurrentAdministration• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.HR• Consistently recruiting excellent staff.• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.• Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.• Conducting performance and wage reviews.• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.• Creating clear and concise reports.• Giving helpful and engaging presentations.• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.• Maintain Payroll Management.• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)Finance• Follow-up the tax-vat rules and preparing accounts accordingly and submit returns to the government authority.• The creation and presentation of reports, budgets, and financial statements.• Avoid any legal, tax, and financial obligations and help to have a smooth operation of F3, BDLO.• Comply with all F3 requirements globally, hence, liaise closely with F3 China team and ensure all expenses are being reported properly.• Follow-up all day-to-day expenses, keep all law and report to CM.• Calculates, prepares, and issues documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements.• Prepare yearly budget and forecast for management.• Auditing financial documents internally.
