- Manage and operate Wilo SE representative regional office (Jordan & Palestine).- Maximize sales for the given business area focusing on medium and long-term growth aspirations.- Developing relationships with consultants, contractors, end users and OEM’s.- Assign distributors / service partners.- Manage directly the big project and project's contract ensuring strong Wilo positioning.- Monitor the sales of product types / KPI’s to ensure that we are on the track to deliver our targets, and take corrective actions as required.- Prepare proposal for tactical initiatives/plans to Sales director in order to boost sales, “grab” opportunities or react to competition “moves”/activities.- Follow Wilo Group and local procedures and process.

- Meet individual sales (and other relevant) targets of local BS-C sales team.- Manage directly the big and key medium projects in UAE ensuring strong Wilo positioning.- Have full local market’s opportunities knowledge and prioritization according to potential and risk.- Technical support function and support needed to customers or projects.- Undertake project site visits to identify problems and work with customer to create value added solutions & business opportunities.- Operational site awareness and pump technical knowledge.- Engage and deliver product knowledge, application, and troubleshooting skills to the customers as required.

** Duties:  Pricing, following up the quotations & Finalizing.  Provide technical support & technical proposal to the customers.  Technical meetings and discussions with the consultants.  Hydraulic Calculations.  Trainings & factory visits. ** Achievements:  Improve the products quality by preparing QA & QC forms for the pump sets.  Manage the work process (Quotation tracker, sales management & material status).  Boost sales from relatively inactive costumers.  Introduce new potential customers.
