1. Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings for the erection of a mechanical shed. 2. Overseeing site execution and inspection, ensuring adherence strict to quality standards and established specifications for impeccable workmanship and project excellence. 3. Maintaining daily progress report and identifying possible delays and bottlenecks, proactively proposing corrective actions. 4. Leading the technical team, providing them a guidance and resolving their queries concerning fabrication and installation. 5. Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize losses. 7. Maintain safety standards throughout the erection period.

1. Monitor all the induction furnaces and ladle operations. 2. Monitor and control maintenance/ repair of slide gate mechanism. 3. Responsible for routine refractory lining and demolition of IF and ladles4. Well versed with environment, safety and quality standards and procedures. 5. Supervise the new lining of ladles and Induction furnaces and also the repairing of ladles.
