1. Entire Factory Management: Responsible for management of all factory staff, including recruitment, training. Performance evaluation and fostering a positive and harmonious work environment.2 Entire Factory Process Management: Duties will extend to overseeing the entire production process, maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement to the availability of resources.3. Entire Factory Sales Management: As the Factory Manager, play a key role in coordinating with the sales team, ensuring seamless production to sales operations, setting and monitoring sales targets, and strategizing to enhance sales performance.4. Other Activities Related to Factory Management: In addition to the above will be responsible for overseeing various other activities related to factory management, such as safety, inventory management, and facility maintenance.5. Achieving Six Sigma Standard: A primary objective to be drive the factory towards achieving Six Sigma standards, thereby positioning our furniture production unit as one of the best-managed and most efficient in the country.

Job Responsibilities:-Conduct a plan for the production activities including timeline and cost to accomplish the fabrication of products amount on time. Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications. Support the production procedures and the latest update in coordination with the production team ensuring that the product will be finalized on the due date. Identify the production specifications and provide a strategic plan for improving and determining the budget and timeline. Collaborate with other departments to determine the production requirements based on the plant capacity and production specifications. Assist in preparing reports for all planning activities and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance. Assist in measuring the risks in each projects and provide further recommendations for reducing them and extending productivity. Follow up with the commercial department ensuring that the raw materials and products will be delivered on time. Participate in all evaluation meeting on weekly and monthly basis. Responsible for mentoring & leading junior production staff through critique of their work to maintain consistent quality & award winning work. Train all subordinates of all planning teams in various systems.

Achievements/Tasks:-Responsible for continuously monitoring the shop floor resources to ensure balanced operation rates and optimum operations.Review the scope of work for each project & fully understand work order, project specification and delivery control daily time sheet of all workshop employees observe attendance, track daily production report from assembly, welding, emphasis on qc RFI’s rejection, analyze and follow up closely.Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. Highlight & Investigate quality defects for root cause and help improve manufacturing system efficiency.Document all production files: work order, drawing transmittals, drawing revision machinery list, and daily reports.Plan and organize the daily production activities to meet production targets. Preparing the Production schedule based on the master planning file.Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures.

Design and construct equipment, including machinery, systems, and components.Create specifications for components based on customer specifications and customer’s manufacturing capabilitiesReview and revise designs as necessary; schedule and coordinate necessary design reviews with the customer.Research and propose alternative designs to customer’s specifications.Manage design reviews, engineering changes, and component or system modifications.Plan and supervise the fabrication, assembly, and testing of component or system prototypes.Draft, manage, and revise technical documents, reports, and presentations.
