a) Processing entry permit visa, Change Status, Residence (new/renew) & Cancellation etc. in Dubai & Sharjah immigration systems.b) Assist the PRO team in coordination with employees- new joiners and existing for Medicals, Emirates ID process.c) Support PRO team with updates on tracker & HRMS system.d) Support PRO team with employee communication for new and renewal of employment visas and work permits.e) Preparing patty cash in company’s software system for expenses of visas and residence etc.f) Maintaining records of online payment like CBD & Naqodi.g) Ad-hoc support to the HR team and employees with projects, activities or tasks as needed.

a) Serve as an Arabic & English Typing cum PRO.b) Typing of Emirates ID form, Visa Medical forms etc.c) Prepare documents for entry permit visa issuing and visa stamping.d) Work on EDNRD & eForm for entry permit, Change Status, residence (new/renew) etc.e) Prepare documents for Labour (Tas-heel Center) (as well as I know Tas-heel typing) like that Quota apply, Work Permit typing, labour contract typing, labour contract submission etc.f) Prepare documents for issuing trade license and submit in Department of Economic Development (DED) or Authorized Center.g) Maintain records of online payment like CBD & Naqodi and Maintain records of all necessary documents etc.

a) Preparation of necessary documents related to visa, legalization, P.C.C. (Police Clearance Certificate) and renewal of Bahraini Passport.b) Attend calls & give reply related to P.C.C, visa and legalization.
