Handling a team of 25members with more than1600 products and the net worth consist of nearly Rs 11 crore. Procurement of appliances and parts, keeping the track at each and every steps along with updating daily expense and performance report with a focus of increasing the productivity and reducing the expenses are the main working field of mine. Skills included in this process are inventory management, team management, google sheets, procurement, warehousing, excel, etc
