Primary supervision of all activities relating to credit management and administration including the following:• Scrutinizing & analyzing of credit proposals received from the branch• Analysis of Project Profiles• Monitoring of branch loans & advances• Follow up of proper execution of Loan sanction terms & conditions of the branches• Follow up of Refinance claim from Bangladesh Bank• Coordination with BBK Audit & reply the same• Coordination with other various organization as and when required• Follow up of SME database & all kinds of reporting to BBK

At Corporate Banking Division: • Corporate Asset Marketing for booking of corporate business.• Select preferable business sectors and to procure business as per banks credit policy.• Preparation/Initiation of Corporate Proposals which is marketed by corporate banking division.• Assessment / Initial Analysis of New Corporate Proposals of the branches • Find out the reasons for non utilizing the credit limit by Corporate customers • Assist the branches for solution regarding the unutilized limit of the existing Corporate Customers.• To coordinate among branches regarding the identical corporate clients.• To facilities the branches regarding any complexities on Corporate issues.• Regular follow up & monitoring to control the overdue status & NPL of branches.• Follow up of Business performance i.e. deposits, advance, import, export, guarantee, remittance, profit, NPL etc. of the assigned branches.• Follow up the deposit & advance mix of the assigned branches.• Market information collection and database preparation related to corporate asset and liability of various segment for identifying various potential customer for marketing.• Perform other day to day job related to Corporate Banking Division.
