Project Engineer for Ecommerce Industrial Warehouse Management Projects.

My role was to work as a in-charge of multiple projects in a region.  Pre - execution meeting with the client and contractor for sequence of erection of PRE ENGINEERING BUILDING and finalization erection method statement. Efficient planning , monitoring and scheduling of project for timely completion. Inspection and fixing of Anchor Bolts as per approved drawing. Material verification at site after receipt the material from factory to site. Supervision of erection of Pre engineering building / steel structure. Fine detailing of interface points with other agency and attending snag list points of client and obtaining the completion certificate. Ensure quality of work and safety of man material at site. Co-ordination with the customer/ Architect/ Consultant/Marketing team and Design team for completing the assigned project and task.
