• Responsible for all technology related activities in MobinNet WiMAX network includes radio network planning (RNP), radio network optimization (RNO), transmission network planning and optimization (TNP), IPBB Core and Service , system integration (SI) and terminal QC. • Responsible for network development standards, procedures, acceptance and benchmark tests. • In charge of network and service end to end design, integration, and quality management. • Ensure that network capacity and coverage always meet marketing team requirements and company business plan. • Support operation team as upper layer in case of network failures. Responsible for knowledge transferring to operation department and training of back office staff. • Vendor management in a multi-vendor environment. Technical negotiations with vendors, equipment suppliers and subcontractors in addition to external organization such as TCI, TIC and CRA.

• Responsible for MobinNet WiMAX primary core site deployment in Tehran, designed to serve 500K WiMAX broadband customers in 1st phase. • Consults among groups including IP core, A&S, Transmission and RNP to integrate and apply new architectures and technologies to the company's technical infrastructure.• Manage and control test and integration of new designs, equipments and solutions into existing network while transferring knowledge to network operators.• Manage and supervise test case design, cross-functional test plan reviews, test case execution, and analysis of results.• Analyze, troubleshoot, and identify root cause failure analysis for relevant systems in the production environment as related to new platform introductions.• Sets and communicates deliverable standards and technical performance measurements for project initiatives.

• In charge of Laser Telecom primary core site deployment.• Design , deployment and manage a cost effective lab and test environment based on Huawei switching , routing and service platforms.• Generate and execute First Office Application (FOA) implementation plans and procedures for the introduction of hardware and software releases into the network.• Manage and control xDSL network expansion plans in Tehran and other provinces.• Manage and control WiMAX network expansion and optimization activities.

• Design division team member, in charge of Laser telecom nation-wide xDSL network deployment in Tehran and 14 other provinces scaled for 100K broadband xDSL customers. • Design division team member, in charge of Laser telecom WiMAX network deployment in Tehran scaled for 5K subscribers. • Act as team leader for several telecom tenders and complex projects responsible for preparing technical proposals; cost analysis, solution design and implementation plans.• Design verification in Lab environment, test and document commissioning procedure and diagnostic steps for roll-out and operation teams.• Responsible for training of operation network engineers and filed maintenance team.

• Providing LAN/WAN solutions to enterprise and cooperation-level customers in voice/data communication areas along with cost/benefit analysis.• Responsible for network solution implementation includes equipment installation, commissioning, documentation and system delivery phases. • Providing network design, installation, commissioning and support service to green filed ISPs on point-to-point wireless links, leased-line DSL modems/routers, remote access servers and accounting platforms.
