During the internship, I was tasked with the following duties: 1- Updating the company's internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employmentforms2. Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts.3. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.4. Participate in organizing company events and careers days.5. Assists in checking overall compliance with labor codes.6. Assist in payroll using WPS.7. Input updates on the department’s internal HR database and help monitor lateness, absences, leaves,and work hours.8. Participates and assists in company social and networking events.
