• Responsible for achieving monthly / quarterly billing target through the channel partners in region assigned.• Generate potential leads / opportunities.• Daily status update of sales opportunities with progress and stages.• Regular follow ups with partners and customers to close the deals.• Coordinate with internal technical team for presales support / implementation and post-sales support wherever applicable.• Ensure timely submission of quotes and tenders as per the specifications in coordination with the product team.• Engaging with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. • Ability to analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their needs• Conducting engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of the company's products or solutions.• Assisting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues during the pre-sales process.
