Responsibilities:• Understand Business Needs: Talk to stakeholders to figure out what the business wants and needs from IT.• Translate Needs into Requirements: Convert those business needs into clear technical requirements for IT teams.• Ensure IT Solutions Fit: Make sure the IT solutions or systems being developed will meet the business needs and help the company achieve its goals.• Validate Solutions: Help test and validate new IT systems or features to ensure they meet the business requirements,and Check that the solutions work correctly and provide the intended benefits.• Support Implementation: Assist in the deployment of new systems or updates by providing training and support to users, and help troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after the implementation.• Monitor and Improve: After the system is live, continue to monitor its performance and gather feedback from users.• Suggest and implement improvements based on feedback and evolving business needs.

• Lead and direct front-line customer support teams. • Responsible for training/multiskilling new and existing team members.• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major electronic services-related events for internal and external clients.• Develop and implement a training program to ensure team members know and can support the client about new services provided.• Coaching and leading My team to serve Customers and Partners, providing product and service information.• Carry out Quality Assurance program with team members across all communication channels.• Escalation for complex queries from team members helping and assisting them in understanding how to manage complex issues themselves.

• Instruct students on how computers work, including the basic science and mathematics behind their operation and the hardware and the software built on those foundations.• Teach how to write computer programs, algorithms, and programming languages • Keep records of grades, grade papers, and perform other administrative duties as needed• Create projects designed to enhance lectures• Read and stay abreast of current topics in computer science• Develop incentives to keep participants in class• Utilize public library resources• Work with program coordinators to ensure initiatives are being met.• Tutor students on an individual basis
