I am Mohammed Al Saffar. I am the CEO and Co-Founder of NavBuddy - an indoor and venue navigation solution that helps users seamlessly navigate around a mall, stadium or other venues. Since I was a child, I have always been an entrepreneur at heart and have always dreamed of having my own business. At the age of 19 I had an opportunity to build my own tourism-based app start-up, and since then I have never looked back or thought about opting for another career.However, my first start-up venture went down during the Covid-19 pandemic, but that did not deter me from my goal of building a succesful business from scratch. And during this time, the idea of NavBuddy was born. Being in the start-up related environment for over 3 years has taught me innumberable life skills and has equipped me with immense knowledge with regards to business development, marketing and team management, all of which were learnt hands-on.
