With over 10 years of experience as a school counselor and educational psychologist, I am passionate about supporting the mental health and well-being of students, especially adolescents and teenagers, in a multicultural and international environment. As a school counselor and designated child protection officer at ADNOC Schools, I work closely with the senior leadership team, teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic and individualized guidance, intervention, and prevention services for students facing academic, personal, social, or emotional challenges. I also help students plan and achieve their educational and career goals, and develop their skills and behaviors for success. My specialties include educational psychology, social and family development, behavioral intervention, and child protection. I hold a master's degree in educational psychology from the Hashemite University, and multiple certifications in mental health aid and child protection. I am fluent in English and Arabic, and have a strong cultural awareness and sensitivity. My mission is to empower students to overcome their difficulties, discover their strengths, and realize their potential.
