  To prepare documents for Import LC opening, Master LC and Back-to-Back LC processing. Maintain communication with supplier and C& F agent. Preparation and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushok - 9.1) and other related documents as such Mushok - 4.3, Mushok - 6.3, Mushok - 6.4, Mushok - 6.6, Mushok - 6.10 as per new VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to keep this record in own MS Excel. Delivery of a full range of Tax & VAT services in compliance with laws and regulations within the time frame. Ensure submission of Income Tax & VAT returns in due time along with the required documents Preparing bank reconciliation statement and Cash flows, Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with corporate finance, tax, business and operations terms. Monitor all exposures to ensure that activates, calculations and payments of VAT are correct Calculation of VDS & TDS etc. and depositing to the Bank through treasury challan Providing TDS certificates deducted from suppliers. Preparation of monthly proper TDS, challans on various heads of Income Tax & Deposit so to the Govt. exchequer. Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations and their potential impact on the organization. Ensure properly and timely record keeping of books of accounts and processing of Bills. Ensure proper maintenance of book of accounts.
