CURRENTLY WORKING IN LARSON AND TOUBRO COMPANY IN MUMBAI SITE AS A SENIOR HSE OFFICER

QAFCO 5 AND 6 PROJECT Monitor the construction activities of QAFCO-5 Project, within QAFCO-5Site, QAFCO Site and the Interconnecting Pipe Rack (between QAFCO-5QAFCO Fences) to ensure that the HSE requirements of QAFCO-5, QAFCOand relevant authorities (QP, MIC, Kahramaa, Q-Tel etc.) are compiledwith. Inspect and check that workers welfare facilities are available,adequate and meet the HSE requirement. Exert efforts, maintain alertness and be pro-active to recognizepotential risky situation to prevent incidents before they happen.Provide HSE expert support to the rest of PT members and provide HSEadvise, awareness and education to Site personnel if required. Stop any activities when there is IDHL situation (ImmediatelyDangerous to Life and Health). Record and report HSE violations and follow up implementation. Give feedback on areas/activities that need more HSEattention/improvement. Notify the Company Construction Manager/HSE Manager/Area Managers ofany existing or potential serious situation.Follow-up of reporting and investigation of incidents and consequentfiling and follow-up of status of preventive measures. Prepare monthly HSE statistics, record etc. for HSE Manager andProject Management. Obtain, review follow up and file records of chemicals inventory onsite. Maintain HSE Finding Records, follow up, track and analyze responsefrom Contractor. Any other relevant HSE assignment gives by the HSE Manager or ProjectManagement.
