Project Purview: Construction of VIADUCT & STATION BUILDING, RIYADH METRO Line 3Project Scope:Main Line track 41.8 KMo 8.6 KM of Bored Tunnelo 25.4 KM of Viaducto 7.7 KM of AT Grade • 2 depots, operation and maintenance workshop• 21 Stations • 6 Park and Ride Structure.Job Responsibilities  The job responsibility spans through the end-to-end delivery of the core and shell of the project including civil construction with the coordination of other services with construction quality in a stringent schedule. Working with the Project Team, analyse the total programs requirements and establish schedules, plans, manpower requirements and budgets consistent with the programs and Company financial goals as required for program management.  Leads and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with the Section head, in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project. Planning the set-up of the site so that the workforce, plant and materials can move around efficiently and safely. Managed and supervised with complex logistics issues, and to implement logistics and supply chain vision, strategy and priorities.  Planning and integrate with key contractors/Vendors to meet the needs of the planned programme and de-confliction of on-site space and time where appropriate. Interface with and coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, and other contractors/Vendors hired to perform the project construction and installation activities. Implement weekly coordination meetings to ensure schedule progress and forecast job completion. Reviewing all construction drawing before execution and Raising FCD if required.

Project Purview: Construction of Power Plant PP13Project Scope:Construction of Sewage treatment & Water treatment building, Diesel Generation Building, Hydrogen Generation Building.Job Responsibilities  The job responsibility spans through the end-to-end delivery of the core and shell of the project including civil construction with the coordination of other services with construction quality in a stringent schedule. Plan site set-up to move labour, plant, and materials around site efficiently (eg hoarding, gates, site accommodation, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy, catering). Managing and co-ordinating trade contracts, including acting as contract administrator, carrying out or co-ordinating inspections, issuing instructions and certificates, etc. Leads and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with the Project Manager, in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.

Project Purview: Construction of VIADUCT & STATION BUILDING, RIYADH METRO Phase 1 & 2Project Scope:Main Line track 63 KMo 15.6 KM of Bored Tunnelo 2.1 Km of Mined Tunnelo 2.2 KM of Cut and Cover Tunnelo 26 KM of Viaducto 17.1 KM of AT Grade • 3 depots, operation and maintenance workshop• 38 Stations & 1 Iconic Station• 4 Park and Ride Structure.Job Responsibilities  Leads and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with the Project Manager, in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project. Managed and supervised with complex logistics issues, and to implement logistics and supply chain vision, strategy and priorities.  Planning and integrate with key contractors to meet the needs of the planned programme and de-confliction of on-site space and time where appropriate. Installing and managing welfare facilities and other site accommodation. Preparation of Contract enquiry documents including Bills of Quantities incorporation standard terms and drafting of special conditions. Complies with the highest level of health, safety and zero accident during all stages of project execution and pro ‐ active with safety groups and subcontractors to promote safe and hazardous free work within the designated area. Review reports from Superintendents, and forwards to Project Manager for corrective actions if project becomes behind scheduler over the budget. Prepared method statement for different type of construction to speed up site work.

The job responsibility spans through the end to end delivery of the core and shell of the project including civil construction with the coordination of other services with construction quality in a stringent schedule.Interact with other construction areas and Superintendent, discusses and reviews with Project Manager the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of the project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

Provide daily direction and oversight of the site construction process during the entire construction project, which included contract drawings, RFIs, Change Orders, Inspections and Test reports.Responsible for day to day site work, follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work.Work carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule Interact with Project Manager for clarification in design/ Rectification etc.Daily reporting about progress, noncompliance, delay in work to the Project Manager. Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the junior engineers/Contractors and/or Sub-Contractor’s Representatives.

 Identified resources and requirements, assigned responsibilities and coordinated with project staff directly and indirectly to ensure successful completion of project. Evaluated performance and functionality – devised ways to improve performance when appropriate. Delivered status reports to senior management regularly(monthly/yearly). Traced and resolved critical issues to minimize project risk factors. Supervised and coordinated timely delivery of engineering-related equipment. Provided forecasts and resultant schedules pertinent to project. Responsible for the review of shop drawings as well as prepare contractor payment records Perform the task of improving the efficiency of the project by providing necessary recommendations in various stages of implementation. Respond to public queries on construction work concerning traffic control and solve issues of water contamination. Extensive knowledge and understanding of government building regulations and industry codes of practice. Responsible for quality control of engineering and construction documents.
