Project Engineering Management for Medina PET and Riyadh Greenfield Projects.

• Setting the Yearly/Monthly/Weekly Targets, Objectives & Budget of the Engineering Division.• Establishing and Monitoring of the KPI’s for the Engineering Activities.• Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System.• Analyze/Initiate the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Scheduled Tasks. • Implementation of SCADA system, Factory Automation System (FAS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).• Preparing the dossiers of projects approval.• Managing the factory projects professionally starting from the Justification, Design Phase, up to Commissioning, Hand Over and Project Closing.• Leading Process Control Modifications and Design.• Develop Safety, Environment, Quality and Food Safety.• Sharing in Technical Objectives of the factory such as HACCP, GMP, ISO, IP, SHE, FSMS, …• Sharing in VEA (Value Engineering Analysis) exercises.
