General Management of the company.We are into INDUSTRIAL CLEANING, INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE, CIVIL CONSTRUCTION, MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION, INTERNAL REPAIRS OF SHIPS, PEB ERECTION.

• Overall leading, planning, organizing, co-coordinating and controlling the admin dept.• Facility management: Management of company owned properties and rented premises• Vehicle Fleet Management• Managing Security team• Managing and advising on Safety aspects of the Group• Managing Staff accommodations• Managing and Controlling Company assets• Managing Normal and print stationery supplies• Managing Company transportation system• Managing General office supplies• Joining formalities of expatriate staff• Separation process of staff upon resignation/termination• Managing all Government related activities which involves dealing with LMRA, BCCI, Passport and Immigration Directorate, local embassies etc. • Responsible of similar activities as mentioned above for overseas operations• Security audit of warehouses, properties and outlets• Managing 'Special Building Projects’ as ‘Project Manager’• Annual budget presentation of achievement and new initiatives and setting up budgets to reduce cost, and increase productivity• Team Manager and team member in company ‘Cricket Team’ actively participating in local Bahrain Cricket League• Monitored many in-house project budgets and successfully completed projects within budget• Monitored project schedules for many in-house maintenance, refurbishment, relocation and construction projects at a time• Developed and managed annual operating budgets for Administration Department and been very effective in 'cost saving'• Involved in making and introducing new policies within the organization• Event organizer: Successfully managed and organized in-house ‘fun and games’ activities for senior and junior staffs of the company and guests.
