- Prepare and calculate all trade offers and consumer promotion forecast volume.- Ensure proper implementation for D&A through monitoring and controlling D&A by area, through tracking and smart analysis. - Prepare and provide a 6-months rolling forecast to product availability department; to support the preparation of all products requirements.- Collect sales data for SCP system and generate weekly forecast reports.- Prepare and submit reports (Daily, MTD, and YTD) to the senior management and the sales team.- Hold supply chain planner (SCP) training sessions for the sales team on the systems functionality and on how to achieve targets in % forecast accuracy % good forecast.- Continuously track, monitor, report and control actual sales vs. plan and YAGO.- Participate in collaboration with the planning department in the preparation of the final AOP and forecast plan.

- Ensure the truck load in proportion to the monthly and daily goals.- Ensure all daily coverage of the tracks/routes, and the addition of emergency routes when necessary.- Organize annual and sick leave for all salespeople in the department, in coordination with HR and area supervisor.- Maintain and update CR files and records.- Apply Advantage Territory University (ATU) on all routes and ensure the same is updated daily.- Update and arrange the routes in respective area on a quarterly basis.- Print and follow up on the handheld reports and other performance indicators on a daily basis, and support the supervisor in analyzing the same.- Follow up on MEM, and the identification of new customers daily.- Support the CRs in problem solving, and in liaising with the different departments.- Ensure the proper implementation of respective policies, procedures, and appendices.

- Lead the sales capability improvement through route optimization projects and tracking salesforce key performance indicators.- Lead the data cleansing project by following up with the sales team and preparing dashboards on a quarterly basis.- Analyze business results by channel and share next steps/plans with management for execution on a monthly basis.- Work with the sales Capability Manager for new technology tools implementation.- Handled the relationship and activity done with third party vendors throughout new technology implementation.- Training sales team on using different types of systems for information gathering & key performance indicators tracking.- Follow up on sales team incentives by tracking progress and validating results on quarterly basis.
