Current Major Responsibilities:-Develop, implement and Monitor ISO procedures of the organization to ensure that the IMS is functionally well.-To conduct internal Audits pertaining to ISO 9001/45001/14001 QMS/EMS/SMS and Standard Project Specifications. Also, to conduct second party audit i.e. S/Cs and Suppliers Audit.-To ensure all product and process certifications like SGCC/IGCC, INTERTEK, QUALICAOT, Suppliers Authorization and Products Validations, System’s Validation through PMU and Test reports are valid and their assessments are done on time.-Preparation and Implementation of Project Quality Assurance Plan, Procedures, inspection and test plan, Check sheets and work instructions. -To provide weekly and monthly reports to top managements on Quality Performance.-Responsible to Review & Endorse Internal and Sub-Contractors documents (like Materials submittals, Method Statements and Operation & Maintenance Manual etc.-Attendance at internal & external meetings with Management, Client, and Suppliers & Sub-contractors to resolve the issues/concerns related with Qualities.-Weekly Quality Coordination meeting with site managers/ package manager and Daily Quality meeting with QA/QC to ensure clients expectations are fulfil and activities are moving in accordance to approved PQAP.-To attend the Quality Kick off Meetings, FAT and weekly project progress meeting with S/Cs & supplier. -Coordination with contract and procurement staff to establish quality requirements for S/Cs & Suppliers and to do the Supplier’s & S/C Initial Assessment Audit before engaging them for work-Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly across the organizations.-Reviewing of NCRs log sheets at corporate level to monitor the number of NCRs issued per month, and to highlight the negative trend to the concern department heads and top management if there is any. Analysis of NCRs for determination of root cause.

QA/QC Manager in JML (U.A.E) L.L.C.Responsibilities: -Lead, direct and manage the quality department and informs management of any negative trends.-To Ensure maintenance of Company’s QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2008-Develop, implement and Monitor ISO procedures across the organization to ensure that the QA system is functionally well.-Review and Ensuring the approval of sub-contractor documents are established in accordance with the contract requirements/as agreed with the Client/Consultant and as per the approved PQP all in co-ordination with SPM.-Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal and supplier Audits, preparing audit reports, Writing Nonconformity reports and Communicating to the Top Management on Quality issues / Non-conformities & Audit reports.-Liaise with project managers and site mangers to ensure site activities are under control as per the client’s requirements and approved procedures.-Supplier’s and Subcontractor’s Initial Assessment Audit before engaging them for work and Working with Procurement staff to establish quality requirements for subcontractors and external suppliers.-Ensuring corrective actions based on the inspections and recommends modifications or necessary actions to achieve optimum quality.-Ensuring compliance with national & international standards & legislation.-Identification, investigation resolution and close out of non-conformities. -Participating in the Handing over team, controlling, supervising the application of inspecting works and listing items needing rectification-Creating ISO/Quality awareness for the employees & associates by internal trainings.

•Responsible for the smooth flow of information through close liaison with client, contractors field inspectors, technology groups and other departments for inspection & expediting work.•To develop new subcontractors for the inspection and rate negotiation. •To attend the Quality Kick off Meeting with subcontractors and supplier and attend FAT ( Factory Acceptance Test)•Preparation and submission of monthly quality report and status of inspection.•Preparation of monthly assignment sheet, monthly quality surveillance report, Manpower Mobilizations for the Month, Cost Control Status, Invoice Register, Executive Summary, HSE Status.•Processing of travel requests, overtime requests, timesheets, invoices, holiday lists and records associated with the work of Inspection visits, C.V approval from client.•To ensure that inspection requests are raised, reports are received and in time reviewed for compliance to scope of inspection and forwarded to client. •Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work and inspections performed, and ensures the status logs are maintained.
