Recently he presented at my Ebeam Lab Town Hall Meeting to my User groups working at the Stanford Nanofabrication Facility in the Electron Beam Lithography Lab a very high level presentation entitled, "Nanoscale Electron Beam Processing and Applications.' Within that talk he covered in great depth, presenting much useful data, on several Electron Beam Lithography resist systems showing a number of outstanding fabrication results with features defined down to 8 nm in line width on resonator beams of over 5 ums in length in GaNC. Only a handful of researchers worldwide have achieved this quality of result, to my knowledge none on this material, and even fewer would have shared how they achieved it. This work would easily transfer to other material systems and will be very valuable as we move into the future in opto-electronic, Photonic, and NEMS based device development. In the past four years, our many interactions have been filled with valuable information exchange and a rich potential for success exist in current and future collaborations between our Research Centers."
