- Business Analyst / Project Manager : - Recognize stakeholder's pain-points, needs, and opportunities- Analyze and document stakeholder's requirements- Prepare and develop Request for Proposal (RFP) documents with both business and technical specifications.- Recommend and implement solutions to enhance value for the Authority- Collaborate with the team to develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)- Develop the masterplan of the project by identifying Milestones, Deliverables, Cost, and Duration for the entire project - Monitor the project progress and present the progress updates to the management through weekly meetings- Ensure seamless progress by proactively addressing any roadblocks- Explain and present requirements to the Development team by providing prototypes, supporting documents, and tools to ensure clarity

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs or/and opportunities to add value to the platform - Document, analyze ,and gather the requirements- Write user stories to describe requirements- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) that contains project’s scope, functional requirements, workflow diagram, mockups, and project’s description
