• Coordinate, support and collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Engineering & Maintenance, Commercial, Security & Quality departments. • Coordinating with Quality department to ensuring best quality is provided & responds to clients complaints. • Ensure the stable operation of the systems. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, optimizing network hardware, software, and communication links.• Responsible for providing everyday supervision of LANs and systems status.• Respond and attend customer & end user complaints.• Update & close support tickets in timely manner and in priority based. • Interact with vendors, and contractors to ensure best service are provided.• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network development efforts.• Monitor and test servers performance and provide performance statistics and reports. • Manage maintenance windows with all concerned parties.• Anticipating client’s requirements.• Provide end user support for their systems.• Supporting network printers & scanners.
