Senior Training And Development Officer
CurrentTo coordinate and administer the training and deve activities and support the implementation of leadership development plans and programs in order to ensure business continuity through building a solid leadership pipeline.• Participate in the identification of training needs to develop training plans which best meet those needs. • Build relationship with business and gather strategic data points from the business and HR to be analyzed to support in consulting the business on their training and development needs and direction. • Conduct analysis of potential service providers in respect of design, development and delivery of programs. • Based on training programs and plans provided, distribute training calendars to all functions in order to facilitate the identification of staff for training programs and ensure they attend all trainings sponsored by the bank. • Prepare service requisition forms, get the required approvals and follow and up with targeted vendors to confirm times and dates • Coordinate with venues providers in order to ensure that proposed venue is suitable to the intended training program as well as available for booking on the desired dates. • Review training nominations and ensure that related policies and procedures are followed up thoroughly in terms of providers and venues preferences. • Coordinate training schedules with the relevant functional managers in order to ensure that all attendances are done effectively and smoothly. • Coordinate the process of collecting feedback on training provider's performance and analyze results in order to take corrective actions. • Monitor and maintain training and development records of individuals and input these records into the database for future retrieval and reference. Work with Talent and Succession team to prepare the leadership development implementation plan in order to ensure effective and efficient execution of all leadership development initiatives.
