I am a recent Industrial Engineering graduate from the University of Jordan with a strong foundation in quality management and logistics. My professional journey began with a Quality Engineer internship at Manaseer Oil and Gas, where I gained invaluable experience in calculating and analyzing company KPIs, which led to informed strategic decisions. I conducted and managed NCR reports, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance, and led customer satisfaction surveys by leveraging analytical tools to extract actionable insights and enhance service delivery. Additionally, I utilized CRM and CMS systems to optimize customer relationships and content management processes.Currently, I am a Logistics and Warehouse Engineer at LÀCRIMA DAIRY. In this role, I oversee daily logistics operations and monitor inventory levels, ensuring efficient and timely order processing and delivery by coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. I utilize the ERP system SAP to monitor and control inventory, applying my engineering expertise to resolve issues and meet future demands.
