Over two years, I was working as across different regions and departments, including one year in Germany, six months in Asia, and three months in Switzerland.key learnings and experiences from each phase:1) First Year in Germany:In conclusion, my one-year assignment In Germany allowed me to gain hands-on experience across New Business, Rental Business, Partner Management, and E-Business. I developed key skills in market analysis, customer engagement, digital sales, and partner collaboration, contributing to impactful projects and driving growth. This experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in sales management and a holistic understanding of diverse business functions, positioning me to take on new challenges and deliver results in dynamic environments.2) Six months in APAC:The assignment focused on delivering a dynamic and customer-focused rental model tailored to the APAC region. By leveraging detailed market insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering local partnerships, and implementing a phased rollout strategy, the initiative aims to meet the unique needs of APAC customers. With a strong emphasis on customization, competitive pricing, and team readiness, this project is positioned to drive growth and establish a lasting presence in the region.3) Three months in Switzerland:The assignment focused on optimizing stock management within technician buses across Switzerland over a duration of three months. The initiative aimed to improve efficiency, reduce inventory discrepancies, and ensure technicians had the necessary tools and parts readily available for their tasks.
