• Assist in preparing UNRWA Daily Security Report and publish it to all UNRWA SM’s and other internationals.• Make the connections with other UNRWA installation to investigate the incidents and assist in making right estimation situation. • Follow up and maintain the data of Security Incident Management System and analyzing data according to request. • Well know of UNRWA Security Management System, and assist in risk survey at UNRWA installation. • Assist in preparing Daily media report. • Assist in leading Emergency fire situation.• Follow up breaking news and reporting the incidents according to Standards Operations Procedures. • Help in writing special report regarding special issue.• Assist in collecting required information according to designated plan.• Monitor all CCTV, Cellphone and Telephone, and VHF Systems.• Operates and monitor all systems within the security coordination center.• Records and reports all events and actions in a clear legible written format.• Records ERW incidents in Gaza strip after 2014 conflict.• Provides an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deals efficiently with all enquiries.• Assist in planning and implementing security and safety awareness activities such as fire drills and first aid exercises. • Responds to all emergencies in a timely manner • Conduct radio check as required.• Well known for all Gaza strip areas.• Follow up the security situation along Gaza Strip areas on media and with head guards.• Follow up all UNRWA installations reportedly and operationally.• Assets in ERW, Risk and First aid training with SSDERW training team during conducting the training to UNRWA staff members. • Work closely with UNDSS and local authorities, fire and medical authorities. • Advises UNRWA staff at UNRWA installations concerning their security related duties and responsibilities.
