• Oversee daily building operation, building defects and inspection• Attend to tenant request and complain. • Involved in fire alarm testing/annual power shutdown. • Supervise external contractors during project before and after TOP. • Submit to Main-con the defects list during project and DLP Period. • Hands On trouble shooting ACMV & electrical equipment. • Assist engineer to locate MSB breaker using single line drawing and to label bar way for preparing upcoming power electrical shutdown. • Maintenance and update record drawings (O&M Manuals & AS-Built Drawing). • Witness for BTU meter & power-turn on. • Liaising with supplier and calling for quotations for ordering of equipment and spare parts. • Monitor the BMS and ensure alarm is attended to immediately. • Co-ordinate with contractors for upgrading of tenant premises A&A works. • Prepare monthly servicing schedule.

• Prepare daily report (Include trending)• Perform daily system logging as per schedule and ensuring maintenance schedule are carried out. • Generate Work Order Request. • Servicing of electrical DBs and Compressors for oxygen supply in the hospital. ACMV servicing involve vacuum drain pipe, replacing of AHU belting, dismantle and installation of FCU motor’s fan coil chemical washing, replacing primary & secondary filter washing.• Troubleshoot power trips, install new PowerPoint & lightings.• Undertake minor installation and repair work.• Plumbing and sanitary jobs. • Minor carpentry works.

• Servicing of guest rooms fan coil unit. Replaces fused bulbs. Clearing of basin and bathtubs choke. Replace damaged basin and taps. On/off chillers, cooling towers and boiler. • Involved in fire-fighting team. Assist Fire Safety Manager (FSM) in checking of fire extinguisher and servicing of smoke detector. Monthly servicing injector pit and sump pump. • Assist in setting up sound system, lighting and power points for wedding and meeting rooms. • Attend to kitchen equipment breakdown and servicing of kitchen exhaust. Taking daily chiller log and meter reading. • Attend to guest complaints
