• To assist programme staffs in quality programme implementation when required.• To maintain liaison with LGI and other stakeholders (ministries, department) in programme monitoring, result monitoring and programme evaluation.• Develop detail monitoring plan • Compile periodic progress report as per prescribed format and timely submission.• Conduction of assessment, Study and Survey for tracking results.• Liaise and coordinate with NGO partners for collection of information related to sub-project implementation• Develop monitoring plan and collect, collate and compile the progress report for timely submission to senior management and donors• Provide appropriate guidance and input for effective and efficient implementation of activities• Provide effective survey tools, facilitate and collect information and generate reports for management• Develop a data analysis mechanism for CDMP-II• Contribute in reviewing various documents (log-frame, TPP, RRF etc)• Contribute to outsourcing agency/resource person in assessment/evaluation/reporting/study assign by supervisor/management

• Develop a monitoring and evaluation system for DISHARI Consortium• Tabulate all project activities and progress against its planned output of Consortium Partners(Save the Children International, Christian Aid, Dan Church Aid & Muslim Aid)• Share the progress and project success to Consortium manager time to time• .Develop indicator for measuring the project best practices.• Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results• Monitor the sustainability of the project's results• Assist the Consortium Manager in preparing relevant reports.• Assess the HAP standards and complain mechanism in the project area.• Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly progress on all project activities to the Consortium Manager.• Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project.

• Coordinate and facilitating Survey, study, situational analysis, research, shared learning process• Tabulate all routine information and prepare monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly, annual Statistical & qualitative reports.• Train UMOs and NGO staff members in data progress, data ensuring validation process.• Develop of questionnaires for surveys and other studies.• Conduct and supervise internal and external surveys and impact studies.• Data handling and database management.• Prepare specific study based on available data as per RFLDC-B requirement.• Participate in training requests by joint management.• Coordinate the Upazila Monitoring Officers activities and he/she will cross cheek the UMOs activities.• Assist project staffs in developing well communication between LG and CBO.• Present the field findings in the monthly UPCM and DPCM and other monitoring coordination meeting.

• To assist in designing and developing project M&E systems and generate reports.• To monitoring and follow up of field activities and community participation in project planning and implementation on a regular basis• To put in place systems to ensure that the M&E system is being used, generating useful information, reports are filed, MIS system is up-to-date and capture and share lessons learn Identify the critical areas and recommend for improvement.• To design and implement capacity building training for CARE & PNGO staff.• To coordinate weekly meetings with Project manager, document key findings, and share with ERP Coordinator.• To assist in maintaining program quality and accountability and establish complain mechanism both in office as well as in the field.• To collaborate closely with Emergency Response & preparedness Coordinator to ensure program efficiency and quality.

• Accountable for installing a sound M & E system that meets organization and donor standards in program implementation;• Develops the M & E detailed implementation plan based on donor approval, formulate M & E implementation guidelines, develop tools and train staff to adopt and use them;• Initiates the conduct of baseline, periodic measurements of indicators, mid-term and end of program evaluations;• Ensures that M & E reports on monitoring, evaluation and better practices meets quality standards• Develop user friendly monitoring and evaluation tools• Consolidate monthly program reports• Ensure quality assurance (data accuracy, reliability, credibility, relevancy and quality based on acceptable quantitative & quantitative measures)• Coordinate within the team and with respective internal and external stakeholders• Facilitate evaluation and survey.• Design and implementation of Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation System.• To maintain an effective communication with local govt. and other duty bearer.
