1) Worked as a Business Development Executive from 1st March 2018 – 15th March 2021 (3 years), with ZARA.2) Key responsibilities included sale of residential units, both through dealer network and direct sales. I also participated in the sales carnival organized to generate sales, during which I closed maximum sales, with high conversion ratio.

1) Managing the bidding process from start to completion for a funding application to Tesco Bags of Help. The aim of this project was to undertake ‘citizen science’ with young people in Rochdale by undertaking simple ecology experiments concerning air and water quality.2) Coordinating information from several departments at Groundwork required as part of a commercial tender to a local Housing Association. This included due diligence, method statements as well as a costing template, all submitted using the Pro-Contract online tendering system.3) Attending meetings with departmental heads to discuss creative ideas of how to apply and win funding from programmes such as the Grow Wild Community Fund. This included researching best practice across the UK.4) Business development with schools, researching funding opportunities where joint applications could be made.5) Reviewing contractual arrangements of grant funded programmes (e.g. LandAid) prior to formally starting such work.
