With over 8 years of experience in the field of fleet maintenance, I am a competent and reliable automation engineer who can manage, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of various vehicles and equipment. I am currently working as a fleet maintenance supervisor at El Seif, a leading company in operation and maintenance services in Saudi Arabia. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as contributing to the company's mission of excellence, innovation, and sustainability.In my current role, I oversee the maintenance of more than 600 vehicles and equipment, including trucks, buses, cranes, generators, and compressors. I coordinate with the head office and the field teams, and provide technical support, guidance, and training to the staff. I also handle the account management, inventory control, and budgeting for the fleet maintenance department. Some of the skills that I use and improve on a daily basis are account management, automotive manufacturing, and troubleshooting. I have successfully completed several projects, such as the implementation of a preventive maintenance program, the installation of a GPS tracking system, and the procurement of a new fleet of vehicles. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to share my knowledge and experience with others.
