Working as a food safety specialist & QHSE.Mobilization of catering site in Rig and camp,Working experience with Fusi resturant,Aramco, Sabic, Saipem & Neom, Almarai. Conduct camp audit and faces client audit for camps.Perform regular Food hygiene and safety inspection and makes improvement to hygiene standards at different sites. Conducts and records daily kitchen inspections on the personal, environment and food hygiene conditions and provides corrective action plan as necessary.Reviews and refreshes the food safety standards of all food handlers within the property.Cordinate with operation manager , hygiene officer for site visit for any issue.Maintain documentations on all hygiene and food safety standards throughout the operation.Provide in-house food safety and Health- safety training to all food handlers.Conduct regular inspections on the kitchen equipment and verifies defects and non-conformities are remedied by the appropriate parties.Coordinates cleaning program in all F&B areas, identifying trends and making recommendation for improvements. Implement Critical Control Point System and preventive maintenance within the company’s premises and related to personal hygiene according to municipality’s requirements.Implementation of Pest controls activity.Conduct CEHA (Comprehensive Environment Health Assessments) on the on-shore sites and camp.Conduct HAACP Team meetings and highlights the way of working.Conduct Periodic Internal audit for warehouse and also supplier audit to ensure that storing, distribution, hygiene and sanitation are in line with the required standards and also prepared reports.Conduct trainings for all levels of food handlers and non-food handlers and evaluates the effectiveness of trainings.Prepare & update HSEQ Statistical tracking and trending data.Conduct ERP drills on the camp.Assist QHSE Manager in investigating near misses, incident and accidents and maintaining the records.
