Currently working as overall coordinator of Entrepreneurship Cell of my college RIIM ARIHANT group of institutions which is associated with IIT Bombay.Roles and responsibilities:Overseeing the entrepreneurship cell’s operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Managing team activities and various portfolios, coordinating events, and ensuring effective communication among all members.Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the cell’s initiatives. Managing branding, advertising campaigns, and social media presence to attract and engage stakeholders.Managing the team,building and maintaining relationship with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the cell’s public image.Managing internal processes, logistics,resource allocation,budget, financial planning, and accounting. Ensuring accurate financial reporting and oversees fundraising and sponsorship activities.

Roles and Responsibilities * Leadership: Oversees and guides the overall direction and activities of the IIC. * Strategy Development: Formulates and implements strategies to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within the institution. * Resource Management: Allocates and manages resources effectively to support IIC initiatives. * Collaboration: Builds relationships with industry, academia, and government to enhance innovation ecosystem. * Mentorship: Guides and supports student innovators and entrepreneurs. * Event Organization: Plans and executes innovation-related events, such as hackathons, workshops, and competitions. * Community Building: Fosters a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the institution. * Reporting: Tracks and reports on IIC activities and progress to stakeholders. * Representation: Serves as the institution's representative in innovation-related forums and networks.

Handled team of 11 various portfolios, overseeing the functioning of every event of college, conducting and managing various events,assisting the team in planning of events in college, ensuring grievances redressal of students to the college administration.

Worked with IT companies on various recruitment drives,finding placement opportunities for students,handling documentation works,finding placement opportunities for students and liaising with employers during placements.

Developing and executing CSR programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness of various events.
