H.Q Lamp Manufacturing Co.pvt Ltd. is located in Plot No. 73, 74, 75, Sector 6A, Integrated Industrial Estate (IIE), BHEL Haridwar.In Coming Quality Control of Burner plant from the time of receiving the raw material till the delivery through quality inspection of incoming goods, in-process materials, and processes as per schedule Prepare quality procedures and work instructions pertaining to QA department, compliant to ISO standards. Engage in maintaining, communicating and implementing a quality plan. Maintain master list of forms and formats for identification and traceability of products. Review of customer order specification and preparation of quality assurance plan to customer. Coordination with customers regarding technical clarifications during witness inspection and assisting for document completion. Handling customer complaints and taking corrective action following CAPA process by closing the same through 8D report. Plan and conduct process, system quality and store audits. Make recommendations for updating the database of Supplier/vendor as per current status. Coordinate with internal departments for internal audits performed for the effectiveness of Quality Management Systems (QMS)and implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA ) Review all non conformities found in internal quality audits and ensure corrective action is taken by departmental heads to close NCs. Conducting yearly audits of our supplier to understand their working and testing process and to analyze the yearly change in terms of advancement.  Prepare ROHS, REACH and MSDS documents as per ISO standard and ensure compliance to the same. Maintaining accuracy of instrument to corroborate the commotion by initiating Calibration of testing equipments. Regular analysis of fritter material through Statistical Process Control (SPC) study. Setting the process for new development and provide training to incite inspectors for better inspection result.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:EngineeringCollaborate with Res customers’ quality and engineering personnel to determine critical part features and review manufacturability of design. Make recommendations to modify customer part specifications and tolerances as necessary to support cost effective production.Provide engineering support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniquesResolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues.Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.Effectively communicate and reinforce Res’ commitment to quality improvement effortsDevelop and submit PPAP documents for new product lunches to meet customer requirements.Determine when process stability and capability studies should be performed on existing processes. Review and analyze results. Recommend changes to processes based upon findings and perform follow up to verify effectiveness.Participate in the Advanced Product Quality Planning activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems during new tool or process design and startup. Coordinate pre-launch production trial run process monitoring.Participate in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).Maintain Control Plans and FMEA's throughout the life of the part.Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of Res' customers.Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Toolroom to resolve customer complaints and concerns.Lead PPM improvement plan for strategic customers.Apply appropriate use of statistical techniques.Determine and apply appropriate Measurement System Analysis tools.
