Experiences:• Support the General Manager and hotel financial goals by direct preparation of monthly and annual reports summarize and forecast hotel’s revenues, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.• Pre opening experienced, Prepare monthly P&L account & Balance Sheet on time and report to the owner/regional office.• Compliance with hotel policies and procedures and all applicable laws.• Installed & execute new accounting software “Destinity PMS”, and modify the Chart of Accounts familiar with Hotel Industries Financial Statements in Golden Tulip at Dhaka • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, which is essential to the successful performance of this position.• Monitor income audit, payroll supervision, account payables.• Expert in Value Added Tax, Company Tax and Salary Tax/Personal Tax.• Control all purchases & consumptions of F&B department, Calculate Food & Beverage Cost and prepare Cost Control Reports monthly basis.• Scrutinize purchase and stores requisitions before approval.• Review and verify spoilage, date expire, wastage thrown in garbage bin etc.• Daily basis cash/fund management, cooperate with external audit and any additional report/work required by the owner/top management.• Improves profit growth in operating departments.• Ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).• Direct preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts; establish or recommend to management major economic objectives and policies for the Hotel.
