As Officer Compliance Risk Management, my key roles includes1.Perform Bank wide Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and repository maintenance exercise with reference to regulatory perspective.2. Perform the Dissemination of SBP and other relevant circulars to relevant segment as and when the circulars are issued.3. Maintenance of Bank wide policies, procedures, manuals and product program MIS and reviewing the same in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements/ compliance perspective.4. Development of Compliance Risk Management System (CRM) system in coordination with IT and Risk Department as required under CRM Guidelines.5. Carrying out exercise to assess effectiveness and efficiency of controls/ processes of various functions of the Bank.6. Acting as a Liaison between the Bank and the Pakistan Bank Association.7. Developed the mechanism of eCIB validation and perform the same onmonthly basis before the Data is uploaded on the SBP Portal.8. Coordination & follow-up from relevant business functions to obtain theirresponses on SBP Circulars Compliance, SBP inspection Report,Management Letter Compliance, CCM action Points Compliance etc.
