• Design, develop and manage a process to ensure the CDR conformity and completeness• Ensure the completeness of the provisioning process.• Develop the SQL scripts and reports to achieve the required reconciliations between the network nodes.• Check rating processes and ensure non-stoppage in the rating chain, and perform check on rating process's log content• Manage the process of the rejected CDRs, and advice how to rate them.• Observe the timely response for any incident with appropriate process adjustments or corrective actions and proper escalation• Observe the technical department in their system upgrades, new switches and perform file collection and rating test acceptance accordingly• Coordinate and assist other entities regarding new requirements, projects and assignments• Monitors compliance with the activity calendar• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Guarantee the systems integrity within the company (BILLING,NETWORK),Verifying that the company income flows smoothly (through the following up of any potential revenue leakage or loss ),Doing Reconciliations analyzing Trends, Extracting Data to achieve the required Reports or managements requests.
