Responsible for driving business growth and ensuring revenue integrity. Through:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with service providers, and vendors- Develop and execute strategic plans and proposals to achieve revenue targets and business objectives- Manage and oversee the end-to-end revenue assurance process, from data collection and analysis to billing and reporting- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, finance, IT, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of revenue assurance activities

• Design, develop and manage a process to ensure the CDR conformity and completeness• Ensure the completeness of the provisioning process.• Develop the SQL scripts and reports to achieve the required reconciliations between the network nodes.• Check rating processes and ensure non-stoppage in the rating chain, and perform check on rating process's log content• Manage the process of the rejected CDRs, and advice how to rate them.• Observe the timely response for any incident with appropriate process adjustments or corrective actions and proper escalation• Observe the technical department in their system upgrades, new switches and perform file collection and rating test acceptance accordingly• Coordinate and assist other entities regarding new requirements, projects and assignments• Monitors compliance with the activity calendar• Other tasks and duties as assigned
