• Design, develop and manage a process to ensure the CDR conformity and completeness
• Ensure the completeness of the provisioning process.
• Develop the SQL scripts and reports to achieve the required reconciliations between the network nodes.
• Check rating processes and ensure non-stoppage in the rating chain, and perform check on rating process's log content
• Manage the process of the rejected CDRs, and advice how to rate them.
• Observe the timely response for any incident with appropriate process adjustments or corrective actions and proper escalation
