I start working as an IT Support Engineer in 2015 & then become Senior IT Engineer and in 2020 I have joined Froz as an IT Executive during these last 9 years, I have learned a lot during all these years.As an IT Support Engineer, I was handling the clients directly& resolving there issues remotely & also visiting when necessary also I have vast knowledge of Digital & Analog CCTV Setups, Complete network setups, hardware & software compatibilities, Windows Installations & Maintenance, Installations of all the required software including the setups, Complete knowledge of Bio-Metric Attendance and much more.As a Senior IT Engineer, I was handling the clients from 2 different Region Central & Eastern almost 100+ Branches was handled by Me & My team whom I trained my self, also I was responsible for the sales replications to HO, Menu Updates & designing, Data flow, Server Maintenances & Day, Weekly, Monthly report of Maintenance & job of my team, I was the part of System Updates Roll-out. during this time I got good knowledge of Microsoft NAV R2 2013 & Microsoft NAV R2 2016.As an IT Executive, I have been handling complete IT Department, Including the progress of Team, Websites, E-Commerce Shop, Active Directory & Email accounts on Google Business, Managing the Google locations, Prepared the Data visualization to compare the growth/loss in business using google business & lookerstudio, also head the graphic designing team, Head the project of replacing the POS system in all of the branches in KSA, Implemented the Loyalty programs, Created the QR based menu, quiz & other products & much more.Thank you for reading this summary & checkig my profile.
